Wood Flower Coaching is a nickname for the services provided here by me, Andi Gretzinger. I am the owner of North Wood Blooms LLC,  a Luxury Wood Flower Florist located in Antigo, WI. I am on a mission to educate and empower each budding wood flower florist to use their talents and unique vision to impact the wood flower industry in a positive way.

I believe that every hobbyist turned professional wood flower florist has the potential to create high-end designs. The key to this is investing the time and training that suits your needs to grow and learn both the art and business side of wood flower floristry.  I am committed to inspiring and empowering you to reach your full potential.

With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Art Education as well as a minor in Coaching, I have a heart for teaching. I believe in creating a supportive and nurturing environment that fosters creativity and encourages growth. I set time in my business schedule to be available to provide guidance and support to those that wish they had a mentor in the field. I was desperate for one at the beginning of my journey over 7 years ago, so I am providing what I wish existed back then.

I'm your biggest cheerleader who desires to motivate and empower you to get through the hard decisions that are yet to come.  It's not an easy road to scale a small business and I am not a cookie-cutter coach that will give you blanket advice. during a session. It's all personalized. I want to help YOU and your business flourish, in its own unique way.

Andi's Credentials

Like you, I found a unique path to wood flower floristry. Entrepreneurship was a passion I didn't know I had until I started my business in 2018.

If you are navigating running your business while raising tiny humans, I started my wood flower endeavors while starting my family. My business began when my oldest was just a baby and welcomed sister three years later. Balancing it all is no easy feat!
